Taken care of time and time again. I always feel spoiled by Dayana. Previous to purchasing a car from her I knew of her. I came in for an oil change and she put me in my 2014. This time I was contacted with an offer and I feel much safer in my new car. My 12 year old niece even said she would gladly take this car when she gets her license. I told him I also was going to look at the Hyundai Santa Fe so he took me over to Jerry's Hyundai and introduced me to Dayana Northrup. She also did a great job explaining the Santa Fe. My wife saw a Hyundai Tucson at another dealer in Fort Worth and decided she liked it best. Jerry's had the best price so we bought the Tucson there. The paperwork to complete the deal went much faster than my previous experience at a Nissan dealer a year ago. The representative that I worked with to sign the final papers was very efficient and personable. More
Maintenance and small repair My 2014 Equus was brought in for the 75000 mile service and for the 'Command' button on the steering wheel to be replaced. A loaner G80 was provided w My 2014 Equus was brought in for the 75000 mile service and for the 'Command' button on the steering wheel to be replaced. A loaner G80 was provided while the service was being done and a part was ordered and installed. On the second day the car was ready and the pesky, intermittent problem with the 'Command' switch has, seemingly, been solved. John Merrill, service advisor, and Chuck in service are, and have been, a real pleasure to work with. More

Great buying experience! Negotiated the deal, went to close the deal and the bank misunderstood funding. On our previous trip home we noticed there was tail light out and we had a low pressure warning come on for one of the tires. When we arrived back at the dealership the service was great! Pulled in the bay guys came to the truck and listen to my issues. I'm the amount of time it took me to see Jason Bailey our salesman they began to fix my issues and shortly after I was driving down the road in my vehicle! Thanks a TON for the great experience from Jason Bailey to the guys in service center too! More
