Upon calling Bailey and letting him know I would not be coming in for that vehicle, he was very professional and understood my reasons for going with the other vehicle. I had a $1000 offer on my trade at another dealership but you can’t put a price on making us feel welcome and important. Most of all we didn’t feel like Jerry’s was trying to squeeze every dime out of us. This is the first dealership my wife has ever told me to leave the dealership name on the car. More

Found the car we wanted, Colin was great to work with! We came from out of town. Colin had the car we were interested in out & ready for us when we arrived. He was semi knowledgeable about the car, but to be fair it was a Toyota & he works at Hyundai. He took care of each of our concerns, had his shop fix issues the car had & took care of each of our concerns. The only improvement would have been being able to complete the sale with Colin as well. Other customers came in & he was busy, but it would have been nice to start & finish with the same salesman rather than being handed off to another to finalize the deal. Sorry, don't recall the name of the 2nd salesman. He was nice & pleasant, but again, finishing with the salesman we had already established a rapport with would have been preferable. More
