I contacted him 4 months later after I was at a different dealership (BIG MISTAKE) because they had the color I was looking for. I left that dealership in a horrible mood in Arlington, and drove straight to him and purchased my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate. I also want to give Mike Tunstall in finance get a shout out too.. I was pre-qualified for financing before showing up and Mike made it the most stress free moment in a finance office I have EVER had, and keep in mind this was my 32nd car purchase I have made. That never happens when you get put into a finance office. They will normally wear you down, but not Mike. He took time to make sure I was satisfied and that I knew about the features on my purchase. I had a friend looking for a new vehicle. I told her about my experience and we ought to go and talk to Tim. She leased a vehicle and I traded mine for a 2020. My friend was very nervous and Tim explained everything to her and she was comfortable with her decision. Tim also took extra time and effort to find the vehicle that was equipped like I wanted.
