My questions about my repair were aswered Engine light came on, took to Jerrys and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. CO2 sensor was out and repaired my truck in a timely manner. Overall pleasant experience I went in to buy a Kona. The test drive experience was good and low pressure. Austin knew the vehicle well. Pricing of the vehicle was below MSRP. I didn't feel like I was taken for a ride. One thing to be aware of - the dealership is very careful with outside financing. I finance through a Credit Union out of the Chicago and they wouldn't consider it at all until they saw branches in Texas. Further, they would not release the vehicle until they have the Credit Union's check in hand. Every other dealer I worked with hasn't had an issue with "the check's in the mail" and a tracking number. Be prepared to either use their financing or have some extra delay in the process. Once I had the check, the process was fast and smooth. Austin was off for the day so Colby and Brannon helped me finish up. More

Shortest amount of time I’ve ever been in a car dealership. Branson even had little arcade games to entertain my little brother. Brannon in finance explained everything clearly and was very relatable. Super satisfied with my overall experience.
