Overall pleasant experience I went in to buy a Kona. The test drive experience was good and low pressure. Austin knew the vehicle well. Pricing of the vehicle was below MSRP. I didn't feel like I was taken for a ride. One thing to be aware of - the dealership is very careful with outside financing. I finance through a Credit Union out of the Chicago and they wouldn't consider it at all until they saw branches in Texas. Further, they would not release the vehicle until they have the Credit Union's check in hand. Every other dealer I worked with hasn't had an issue with "the check's in the mail" and a tracking number. Be prepared to either use their financing or have some extra delay in the process. Once I had the check, the process was fast and smooth. Austin was off for the day so Colby and Brannon helped me finish up. More
