My daughter was looking for a newer car and I had promised to go with her. I had just purchased a new vehicle from one of Jerry’s other dealers in Weatherford just a few months earlier. Our second promised to go with her. I had just purchased a new vehicle from one of Jerry’s other dealers in Weatherford just a few months earlier. Our second stop was to look at a new vehicle was Jerry’s Hyundai. Zack Henderson introduced himself to us and it was like magic from that point on. Zack listen to my daughter’s wishes at what she wanted and also to look at a SUV (my ideal). I think he could tell the SUV wasn’t what see was really wanting. So after the SUV Zack showed her a Sonata. He was right the SUV wasn’t what she wanted. She really liked the Sonata. As we went in the office to talk Zack took the time introduced us to several people within the sales area including Matt Hughes the sales manger. I was amazed at how they (Zack and Matt) went out of their way to insure my daughter received the best customer service I have seen in the purchase of a new vehicle. After this experience I would not have a problem sending my daughter again or grand-daughter to Jerry’s Hyundai to purchase a new vehicle. Because I know how fairly they will be treated. More

I found Roger to be very personable and easy to work with. I felt like he was more interested in me and satisfying my needs than making a sale. Of all the cars I have purchsed over the years, these times were the least stressful. I have always hated to deal with car "issues", but since going to Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, my attitude has changed. The people are just about as professional as you could hope for and take the time going to Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, my attitude has changed. The people are just about as professional as you could hope for and take the time to make you feel you are their most urgent concern. Their new Hyundai service facility is great; a little unexpected tour was most appreciated. If anyone asked me for a reference, my reply would be, "If you want to work with professionals who take the time to add that personal touch and if you want to drive into and wait in a convenient, comfortable facility, then you want to go to Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford." I live a little over 100 miles from Weatherford and was basically able to make the deal on a new Santa Fe over the phone Thursday afternoon. My wife and I drove up to the dealership from Waco, Tx. Friday and when we entered the dealership, were met by the sales manager who thanked us for making the trip to his dealership. Matt answered all the questions that my wife had for him to our satisfaction Matt started the paperwork for the Santa Fe and Tim joined in after completing working with the customers that he had been dealing with before we got to the dealership. After the paperwork was finished and the car was detailed we were thanked again by Matt and Tim for our business and directed to contact them if there was anything that they could help us with concerning the new car. This was my best experience dealing with car sales people since my first car buy in 1968 and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that was interested in buying a car. We went by Jerry's to see the new Tucson because we wanted/needed something with more cargo room and it was about time for a new car anyway. Roger Doyle was our sales associate and he was great. He was friendly, answered all of our questions, and stayed late to ensure all was well and we were happy. The entire staff was wonderful, from start to finish. The biggest thing that impressed me and will bring me back to Jerry's for our next car is that it wasn't the typical "negotiation" junk that I've dealt with my whole life with car dealerships. I knew what the trade-in value was of the car we were trading in, and I knew what the Tucsons were selling for. The internet has helped the consumer quite a bit in that department. Anyway, Jerry's made a very fair offer on my trade-in and gave a very fair price on the new car right off the bat. No games and no low-balling the trade and high-ending the new car as a starting point for negotiations like most dealerships do. Jerry's made a very good offer and was right on the numbers from the very beginning. It was refreshing to say the least. Add in that the entire staff was wonderful, and it is a no-brainer to go back to Jerry's for our next vehicle purchase. We are definitely happy customers! More

I hate buying a car whether new or used but Ed made our experience easy and enjoyable. He could answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai. He made sure it was completely detailed and gased up. He explained how to use the lights, radio and all the other details of how to use it all.
