Roger Doyle was awesome. He gave me a price that made it more than worth my while to drive the 2 hours to get the car. The service once we got there was outstanding. The entire staff made us feel welcome more than worth my while to drive the 2 hours to get the car. The service once we got there was outstanding. Roger Doyle made my dream come true. We live outside of San Antonio and had been looking at Acura, Mazda, Hyundai here in SA. I was very impressed with the Hyundai Santa Fe, incredible value. Consumer Reports was right on the mark with this car! However, the Hyundai AWD was difficult to find, but one was located in Weatherford. It was a LIMITED, which had more options than I wanted. On a Sunday I called Roger Doyle. He called me back from his home (sorry Roger, I was not aware your store was closed on Sunday!). Yes, he had the car I wanted and would work with us on the price. On Monday morning we spoke again. The deal was made, we booked a flight from SA to DFW. Roger picked my husband up at DFW and we bought that Santa Fe AWD Limited right then and there on the spot. I would highly recommend Roger Doyle and Jerry's Hyundai to anyone in the great State of Texas. It was worth the plane ticket and the drive. Incredible hospitality and professionalism from everyone in the store. THANK YOU! More

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had been looking at an Acura and was working with a salesman at their dealership. I just happened to stop by Jerry's to take a look since I had never really considere at an Acura and was working with a salesman at their dealership. I just happened to stop by Jerry's to take a look since I had never really considered a Hyundai. I must say that the staff at Jerry's far outshined those at the Acura dealership. Zach was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. I explained to him what I was looking for and he lead me straight to the perfect vehicle! I hadn't even considered a Santa Fe, but after driving it I love it! The price was unbeatable! There was no pressure, no hassle. Zach was very patient and allowed me to look at and test drive several vehicles to compare features and pricing. Along with Zach, Matt the sales manager was exremely friendly. That is the first time I have actually met a new car sales manager. They are usually hiding in the back some where playing pricing games. Matt made it a point to greet me and has done so each and every time I stop by the dealership. These guys are a perfect example of excellent customer service. On another note, the finance process was absolutely painless. Eddie did a wonderful job at locating the best finance rate for me. The paperwork literally took minutes, compared to hours in my past experiences with car buying. Overall, it was definitely a positive experience purchasing a car at this dealership. More

They found us excellent loan rates and made the purchase pain-free! Mary was delightful, and has continued to check on us. Matt was also terrific, pleasant and helpful. More
