I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from Jerry's. I contacted them through the internet on Thursday evening and told them I was interested in a vehicle I had seen on their website. We went to Jerry's to look for a new purchase, but not necessarily the Hyundai Dealership. We looked at several different cars from different manufactureres at Jerry's and at least four other dealerships. We have made several purchases at Jerry's over past years. The friendliness, knowledge, and willingness of staff to help us was excellent. There was never any pressure but rather just a willingness to make our visit a good experience and help us in any way that they could. I had been car shopping for several months. At the last minute before a 45 day business trip out of the country,I stopped by the lot just to take a look at the prices. I called Darren once I got back to town and told him my name and I said "not sure if you remember me" and to my surprise he immediately said "yes, you were out of the country on business" and asked how the trip went,I was amazed he remembered! I was then 95% sure I wanted the Sonata and wanted to do business with Jerry's. I must say this was the best experience I have ever had. At first we could not get a sales person, when we did, he was great. We really like our new car, and everyone we have dealt with has been courteous and helpful.
