Ed Gentry not only found exactly the car I sought, but also brought it to the dealership quickly. I had already sold my old car and needed to do something in a short period of time. I was able to do everything in advance and able to get back on the way home in a very short time frame. My home is over an hour away from the dealership and that is my only concern. If Jerry's was closer to me in North Dallas or I lived closer to them, I would definitely use them for all warranty service. I can highly recommend Jerry's Hyundai and Ed Gentry in particular if you seek a pleasant, friendly, and customer service-oriented Hyundai dealership. I could have probably tried to haggle a bit more on the pricing but I think I got a pretty good deal overall. Bill was very thorough in explaining the owner's manual and going over how to operate all the controls. I was pretty comfortable with how to operate the car by the time I left the lot.
