We picked out a car we wanted to look at online, scheduled to go see it, and then saw a different one that we liked more. On the way to the dealership, Zach, our salesman, called and said he had the scheduled to go see it, and then saw a different one that we liked more. On the way to the dealership, Zach, our salesman, called and said he had the car ready to view. We asked if we could look at the other car instead and he said sure, he would get it pulled around. From the moment we got there, Zach was very informative and helpful on our decision. He made us feel like home, made us laugh, and we even talked about our personal trucks. We talked numbers and got to a point we both liked. We had decided on the 2020 Hyundai Elantra Sport. While running paperwork, we were able to explore showroom models with freedom. Our loan officer, Brannon, was even funnier. He made the experience of signing papers super fun, and put a smile on our faces with the APR he was able to get us. I will say we did have a slight issue with the car, but after talking to the dealership, they fixed is ASAP and got us back on the road. We will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases! Best buying experience to date! Sadly, cars are often viewed as smart phones with wheels. We purchased our new Hyundai based on ride and value, but that did not remove the tens of electronic features new cars have today. In the past, we have fumbled through the settings. After five years with one car, I found a feature that I really wish I had known about for those five years. Then, in comes Jerry's Hyundai with the best overview introduction that we have ever experienced. Jason Bailey went over the features at the dealership, then we took a drive where he showed us the features in action. The car's "smarts" are incredible, but those features are useless unless the driver knows how to use them. Jason made that knowledge accessible. Bottom line, the buying experience was very good with Jason; however, the vehicle introduction and closing was even better. Jerry's, and Jason, made this the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thanks!! More
