My husband and I were originally planning to trade in only my daughter's 2001 car, and let her then have my car to take to the beginning of her college career in the Fall. We have known Kerby Roberson through our church for years, but had never done business with him. We knew we could trust Kerby, so we decided to go to Jerry's Hyundai and talk to him. Kerby was informative, friendly, professional, and made us feel completely at ease. We had already checked out Consumer Reports and were impressed with the ratings given to the Hyundai Sonata, so after talking with Kerby, we decided to buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. After some careful discussion with one another, we asked Kerby about taking my car in as a trade as well as we were considering buying two Sonatas due to the mileage that was on my car. Kerby listened carefully to what we needed, and then he and Gwen Damato, Business Manager, were able to offer us a great deal on both 2011 Sonatas. We and our daughter are extremely happy and are looking forward to driving these Sonatas for years. I never felt any pressure, Ed just answered my questions and made suggestions for things that I had not considered. This dealership is about 45 miles from my home, so I was not thrilled about driving all the way out for a test drive, but Ed brought a car to me so I could drive it at my convenience. Now that is amazing service, which is exactly how I felt about this whole experience. When I went in to actually purchase the car, everyone working at Jerry's was incredibly friendly and again, I did not feel at all pressured. They made me feel comfortable and at home, and the buying process went so smoothly. I was in and out in an hour and a half--amazing! My fiance has been considering buying a Hyundai for his next car, and if he does, we will definitely be returning to Jerry's. It was definitely worth the drive. More
