This dealership, far exceeded my expectations. I contacted them by e-mail and told them what I wanted to do and why I wanted to do it that way and it was handled exactly as I had ask. I was treated very professionally by all the personnel at that dealership whether they were directly involved with my automobile or not. I mean anyone that was on the show room floor, the receptionist,I mean anyone always wanted to know if you wanted a cup of coffee, how I was doing that day, to make your visit to that dealership a joy to be there not a nail biting, sweating and feeling less than experience. I must tell you that I had done my home work before going to the dealership, regarding my trade in. I knew the value of my car and what to expect to be offered for it. Gary offered me more than I had expected, in fact $1000 more. That told me that he was fair, honest and truely a gentleman and exceeded all that. Gwen called me at home to finish the paper work and made sure that I understood all of it. Dayana, met me outside the front door when I drove in, took me to get coffee and made sure that my every need was met and then she delivered the paperwork to us to sign and we did not have to back to the dealership, except for the service. I ask for floor mats and they had them the next day. We drove down to pick them up and again treated first class by all personnel. Why would you even consider going anywhere else?
