This dealership, far exceeded my expectations. I contacted them by e-mail and told them what I wanted to do and why I wanted to do it that way and it was handled exactly as I had ask. I was treated very professionally by all the personnel at that dealership whether they were directly involved with my automobile or not. I mean anyone that was on the show room floor, the receptionist,I mean anyone always wanted to know if you wanted a cup of coffee, how I was doing that day, to make your visit to that dealership a joy to be there not a nail biting, sweating and feeling less than experience. I must tell you that I had done my home work before going to the dealership, regarding my trade in. I knew the value of my car and what to expect to be offered for it. Gary offered me more than I had expected, in fact $1000 more. That told me that he was fair, honest and truely a gentleman and exceeded all that. Gwen called me at home to finish the paper work and made sure that I understood all of it. Dayana, met me outside the front door when I drove in, took me to get coffee and made sure that my every need was met and then she delivered the paperwork to us to sign and we did not have to back to the dealership, except for the service. I ask for floor mats and they had them the next day. We drove down to pick them up and again treated first class by all personnel. Why would you even consider going anywhere else? We had a very positive experience from the moment we stepped foot on the Hyundai lot. We started to look for dealers closer to home but on another site we found that their ratings were terrible. Everyone from the receptionist, the sales manager, the finance person were all very friendly and helpful. KERBY ROBERSON, Our Sales Professional, especially Was really wonderful. He was very friendly, most helpful, and knowledgeable. He was very through in showing us the cars and pointing out all the features and helping us find the Hyundai that met our needs the best. He asked our price limit and worked with us and the Sales Manager, whose name I believe was Rick, to make the deal work. They were never pushy. Kerby walked 100+ feet several times to check the color of interiors of cars parked at the front of the lot in 100 degree + heat that my wife liked. Besides an excellant breifing of the features when he was showing us our new Sonata, He stayed late to explain every feature of the interior and set up the radio, the Bluetooth, etc, for us; always with a smile on his face. Gwen Damato was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable too and made the financing part of the transaction go quickly and smoothly. She also suggested the extended warranty with additional road side service, since this may be the last car we buy (we are getting up in age). If we live long enough, we will certainly come back to Jerry's Hyundai and buy from Kerby Roberson. I would not hesitate to recommend KERBY ROBERSON and JERRY'S HYUNDAI TO ANYONE! They made buying a new car an enjoyable experence. More
