My wife and I have been to serveral dealerships over the years and have looked at many used and new vehicles. We have dealt with many sales personnel during that time. I will have to tell you, I have never felt so welcome and important as a customer than I did at Jerry's Hyundai. Our sales professional, Tim Yancy, was the best salesman I have delt with. He was courteous and straightforward. He took his time and answered the questions we had and did not "beat around the bush" with his answers. His conversation with my wife and I during our visit was enjoyable. This is also the first time anyone has taken us around and introduced us to the service department. I found each person we delt with was courteous and informative. I will buy our next vehicle at Jerry's Hyundai. More
This is a review for the purchase of a NEW CAR at Jerry's - not for pre-owned or for service. Never in my life did I think that I'd be writing a 5 star review for a car dealership. We did all of our homework on a 2013 Santa Fe Sport and new exactly what we wanted. I began by emailing about 8 dealerships asking for quotes. The dealerships were in DFW and outside the metroplex. We didn't hear back from Jerry's right away (there was glitch in their email system and they didn't get the email) but we had heard good things so we called them. Colin Harris sent us an email very promptly asking us about the features we wanted on the car; we were very specific about the dealer add-ons and the 2.4L engine size. We also gave him a first and second choice for color. He emailed me an amazing quote within the hour. We were skeptical at first - his toal (including TT&L) price was $500 less than anyone else's. No one in DFW would match it, they simply cautioned it as too good to be true. Well folks, it wasn't. We talked with Colin and he had to car brought into Weatherford quicker than promised (we were will to wait if we needed to). The next day we drove out, gave him a check and drove off in our car. They didn't play games or try any high pressure gimicks. Everything was straight forward and laid back. I suspect that we'll but from them again! More
The people were very friendly. No pressure to buy the car. The dealereship had to locate the car at another dealership, since they did not have the excat car I wanted. This all happened in just a few hours of us walking in the door, test driving a similar car, finding the car and detailing the car. Great experience at Jerry's Hyundai. Would highly recommend them. It was worth the 40 minute drive! More
We have owned two Hyndais so far - the Sonata was purchased at a dealer that Jerry bought in Weatherford...a very good thing! Eevn though it took a while to get the new dealership built, but they still tried very hard to serve the public well during construction. The place is always friendly, clean, and the coffee is hot. When the new place opened I bought my wife a new 2009 Genesis Sedan with not one regret over the dealer, the deal, or the car! She loves the North American Car of the Year (for 2009) and it has won more awards since then. As with all cars there will be a few issues...no big deal, it is all in the way they are handled and we have zero complaints! The service department is great; I feel confident sending my wife there when I cannot take the car. We deal exclusevely with Bob Murphy, the first smiling face we see when her car goes in the shop which is rarely by the way. If it takes a while to fix she gets another Genesis to drive not some beater off the back lot. In fact I have been using their shop for servicing my 2003 Dodge RAM P/U and some major repairs...trust in car dealerships is hard to find...if you do keep using them until they give you a reason not to! More

I have a lot of medical issues, and we had to drive quite awhile to get to them, so they already had all the paperwork and such ready for us when we got there. They were all amazing. They all knew their stuff, and Ed Gentry especially made an exceptional effort at finding the perfect car for us (we were looking for a very rare car)! He found it at the right price too, and even though they had to bring it from another location, they did it in such a way as not to have to charge us for that service. I highly recommend to anyone interested in getting a new Hyundai! As such, I am so pleased to add a 5-Star rating to their already immaculate dealer score. More
I didn't know there were auto dealers that value customers like Jerry's Hyundai. Ed Gentry and the entire staff mad our new car buying experience as good as it could be. Having dealt with many dealers over the years and some you just need to get up and leave them if you get that feeling "something is wrong with this". Never felt that way at Jerry's and we're glad we made the drive. It was worth the extra miles to deal with good people. More
Jerry's Hyundai is by far, the best dealership out there. They really have a laid back work environment and believe in no pressure sales. Every sales manager and employee we dealt with was outstanding. They were knowledgeable and willing to negotiate price in an up-front, honest manner, extremely rare for a car dealer. We loved the friendly environment. The entire staff did a great job. Dyana, our sales associate, was outstanding. She was hard-working, responsive, and really worked with us to help us reach a deal by giving us a better idea of what the manager was thinking in terms of a final price. This made the whole process much easier and more manageable. We will definitely use this dealership again...and we plan to buy our next car, regardless of the car make, from a Jerry's dealership. Great place! More

Very professional crew and wonderfully kind! From start to finish these guys were extremely respectful and accommodating. They bargained a fair price and ensured we were 100% satisfied.
