In 2010 I purchased my firs Awesome Experience for the second Time in a row!! Just bought a second Hyundai from Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford, TX. In 2010 I purchased my first car which was Sonata, and now a 2013 Elantra. Both times the buying experience was pain free. These guys really know how to please a customer. Very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, from the salesmen, financing, to the service department. This dealership has the whole package. You will not be disappointed if you visit this dealership. There is no reason to shop anywhere else. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to family and friends. More
Whenever I arrived at Jerry's Hyundai, I was just browsing through the parking lot, looking at sticker prices in order to determine if I could afford a vehicle for my granddaughter. When approached my Jason Jutz, I was invited inside to go over some figures. He quickly set my mind at ease and made the buying process very easy and worry free. He worked together with the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember, and Mr. Silcox, who worked as hard as they could to make a new car affordable with payments I could manage. Every employee I encountered was very professional and courteous to me and made me feel very special! They were all so enthusiastic and their excitement for me was so refreshing! In the end, I bought TWO vehicles and both my granddaughter and myself could not be happier! We love our Sonata and Veloster! A special thanks to Jason Jutz, the best sales person EVER! More

Jason Jutz was more than helpful in our new Hyundai shopping experience. He went "all out" when we needed to test drive our new car. I purchased a Vehicle Service Contract when I purchased a new 2011 Sonata in 2011. The contract clearly stated no repairs are covered while the warranty from the manufacturer was in place. I was due a full new 2011 Sonata in 2011. The contract clearly stated no repairs are covered while the warranty from the manufacturer was in place. I was due a full refund in April 2013 minus a $50 administrative fee but Jerry's Hyundai charged me for extended warranty coverage during the period in which the warranty was not in effect. In my opinion, they stole $311from me. Based on my experience, it is my opinion that if you do not want to do business with thieves, you should find a different dealership. More
Our salesman was very attentive, listened to me describe what kind of car we wanted and then followed thru. He took us to the service department to meet the employees there so we would know them when we bro what kind of car we wanted and then followed thru. When there was a slight delay in the financing (we purchased the car late at night and our credit is not perfect) he kept us informed what was going on. I have allready recommended one of my co-workers to him when she mentioned she wanted to purchase a new car. More
My wife and I have been to serveral dealerships over the years and have looked at many used and new vehicles. We have dealt with many sales personnel during that time. I will have to tell you, I have never felt so welcome and important as a customer than I did at Jerry's Hyundai. Our sales professional, Tim Yancy, was the best salesman I have delt with. He was courteous and straightforward. He took his time and answered the questions we had and did not "beat around the bush" with his answers. His conversation with my wife and I during our visit was enjoyable. This is also the first time anyone has taken us around and introduced us to the service department. I found each person we delt with was courteous and informative. I will buy our next vehicle at Jerry's Hyundai. More
This is a review for the purchase of a NEW CAR at Jerry's - not for pre-owned or for service. Never in my life did I think that I'd be writing a 5 star review for a car dealership. We did all of our homewo - not for pre-owned or for service. Never in my life did I think that I'd be writing a 5 star review for a car dealership. We did all of our homework on a 2013 Santa Fe Sport and new exactly what we wanted. I began by emailing about 8 dealerships asking for quotes. The dealerships were in DFW and outside the metroplex. We didn't hear back from Jerry's right away (there was glitch in their email system and they didn't get the email) but we had heard good things so we called them. Colin Harris sent us an email very promptly asking us about the features we wanted on the car; we were very specific about the dealer add-ons and the 2.4L engine size. We also gave him a first and second choice for color. He emailed me an amazing quote within the hour. We were skeptical at first - his toal (including TT&L) price was $500 less than anyone else's. No one in DFW would match it, they simply cautioned it as too good to be true. Well folks, it wasn't. We talked with Colin and he had to car brought into Weatherford quicker than promised (we were will to wait if we needed to). The next day we drove out, gave him a check and drove off in our car. They didn't play games or try any high pressure gimicks. Everything was straight forward and laid back. I suspect that we'll but from them again! More
