Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! Have you ever walked into an place of business and known you have make the right decision? Known that you are surrounded by good folks who will tell you the truth? That is what we experienced yesterday with Jason at Jerry's Hyundai in Weatherford. To illustrate I must explain the awful experience we had prior to meeting Jason. We hadn't bought a new car in 20 years so needless to say we were very selective as to the make, style and options we wanted. My husband had been talking with several dealers over the course of many days. He had been speaking with a salesman at Allen Samuels Hyundai at length last Sat. He was in their store, negotiated a price and close to a sale of a Santa Fe they had on the floor. He ran out of time but scheduled to come back next Tuesday. When arriving at Allen Samuels that Tuesday, we were left waiting for an hour. We also had time scheduled to come see Jason. Don (my husband) called Jason to tell him we were going to have to cancel. Jason countered the lowest offer and was beyond patient as we kept him on hold for 10 minutes while negotiating with the Allen Samuels people. Now here's where the difference between manipulation and integrity occurred. We were pulled in with the Allen Samuels floor manager, GM and salesperson we were dealing with. They proceeded to tell us that there is no way Jason could do what he promised, he had to be lying. The GM was extremely rude. He then took our negotiated deal off the table and told us he had a "friend" driving up from Kansas City to buy the car we wanted. Were putting him in a bind because he promised said car to his" friend." Straight up lies and manipulation. After that we took Jason off hold and told him we were on our way. When arriving at Jerry's Hyundai, we were greeted at the door and ushered to Jason who was friendly, pleasant and a breath of fresh air. He had the paperwork waiting for us. We expedited everything in no time. We got the best price, a great trade in and superb service. All of this by the way, on Jason's day off. He came in just to help us. Because it being his day off his precious daughter was there with him. She was the best sales assistant ever! Everyone at Jerry's Hyundai is a credit to the car dealership industry. Also a huge thank you to the gentleman who helped with our financing (sorry I can't remember his name) My husband is very particular and had him redo the financing three times. Thank you for your patience. We saw both ends of the spectrum yesterday and you guys win!! We will certainly recommend your dealership to all our friends and family. I write this without having our car yet. Jason is delivering it personally to us this evening. I'm confident that the car will be in great condition. We are beyond thrilled with our experience with Jason and the staff at Jerry's Hyundai. Thank You, The Barbers More
