He did such a great job that we purchased a truck from him about 6 months later. Last week we had an overheating problem with the car and found out the extended warranty purchased did not cover the problem. I expressed our frustration to Matt who got in contact with several others at Jerry's. Matt and I met with Tex who handled the paper work on our truck purchase and he went over everything with me and was genuinely concerned with our situation. Matt also got in contact with Josh Martin in service who researched our situation. I received a call from Josh who said after looking everything over that Jerry's would cover the service repair minus our deductible. We are very appreciative of everyone at Jerry's and we will continue to be loyal customers. Matt's customer loyalty and professionalism representing Jerry's exemplifies the kind of person he is. I was required to be out of town for the next week, and I received no harassing follow-up phone calls, which I had experienced in years past from car dealers. The entire dealership was very professional from the Finance, Receptionist, and Sales groups. We ended up buying the Accent from Jerry's and are currently looking at buying another vehicle from them soon. More

On the evening before my appointment with Jason Jutz, at Jerry's, I noticed an online ad fo I searched online for 2 weeks. Jerry's had the best price. I wasted 4hrs. at that dealership, only to find out that the online add included Multiple discounts , which I did not qualify for. Jason told me not to bother going there, because he knew that "Luring" practice. I learned that he was right, and their price was actually THOUSANDS MORE than advertised.
