Big D says. I came into Jerry's to have my Mom's oil changed. She has an Elantra. I was talking to Jason Jutz...just to pass the time. I needed a car, and have I came into Jerry's to have my Mom's oil changed. She has an Elantra. I was talking to Jason Jutz...just to pass the time. I needed a car, and have checked them out. I thought I would have to settle for something used from a smaller dealer with a much higher interest rate. Jason and I kept talking, me being sure he was just "fishing". I told him repeatedly that there was no way I could afford a new car. He said " Don't panic, let me work my magic." Sure enough, a couple hours later, he got me approved with a payment I could afford, and a brand new Veloster. Thought for sure I would have to get an Accent. Whatever he did, it worked. I love my new car. Pretty sporty, lots of leg room, killer sound system, lots of extras. Couldn't be happier. Almost feel like he did me a favor...ever though he was just doing his job. Terrible customer service! I inquired about a car that I was really interested in online and was contacted by Derek Simpson he was kind at first but once I told him I was an out I inquired about a car that I was really interested in online and was contacted by Derek Simpson he was kind at first but once I told him I was an out of state buyer everything changed. He treated me like I wasn't a serious buyer because I'm out of state. He had a huge problem with making a quick video of the car for me and acted as though he didn't know how to do it, and ask me are the pictures on line not good enough? Wow no class. I contacted him on Wednesday it is now Saturday still no video. I will not be purchasing a car from them. More
