The easiest car buying experience I have ever had. We worked with Time Yancy, the internet manager, and were able to do all dealings over the internet and by phone. After stating more than once we weren't going to buy, he still pressured. Instead he drove the trade I was going to use to his home without my permission, more that 75 miles round trip and smoked in it, then he gave it back to me the next day after I refused to go any further with his choice for me. I am appalled by the way I was treated. More
