Excellent Service This is the third time I've been to Jerry's Hyundai. The first was when I bought my 2013 Santa Fe, the second was when my son bought a new Hyundai an This is the third time I've been to Jerry's Hyundai. I stop at Jerry's any time I have a problem with my car, even if it's because I have a low tire warning on the dash board. I've always had professional service and interaction with all employees. Jerry's Hyundai (Weatherford, TX) is the best!!!! On 9/8/16 we purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Ultimate from Jerry's Hyundai , Jason Jutz was the lucky salesman who got stuck with my wife and myself. My On 9/8/16 we purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Ultimate from Jerry's Hyundai , Jason Jutz was the lucky salesman who got stuck with my wife and myself. My wife and I wrote the book on "Indecisiveness" when it comes to buying a car. Without a doubt Jason is 'hands down' the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I felt like Jason always listened to what we wanted and consistently tried to solve our desires vs some hidden agenda. And believe me our desires was in constant change mode and Jason was always patient and never showed any frustration (even though I am sure he was frustrated). Originally we asked Jason to find us a 2017 Santa Fe SE. He located one down in San Antonio which he had the car driven to Weatherford where he had the car tinted and detailed for pick up the next day. On the day I was scheduled to come pick up and pay for the new SE, I called Jason and told him I was now interested in getting a SE Ultimate. He never questioned my indecision. What he did was get back on his computer where he located me the Ultimate. Again he had it delivered, tinted and detailed. He even drove the car out to us for delivery. Wow I was blown away by this level of service. One other thing - I must have called Jason 20 times. Not once did I not reach him (yes I never got his voicemail - not once). Also very positive kudos for Brannon Adkisson (Finance) who got us through all of the closing paperwork. Brannon was first class and knows his stuff. He couldn't have been more personable! I went to a lot of other Hyundai dealerships looking for the car I wanted before I ended up at Jerry's and I can tell you Jerry's is in a different league of their own. Jerry if you are reading this let me tell you that your biggest asset is the people you have working for you. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and could not be more courteous. Just a great experience where all of my needs and expectations were exceeded. Thanks for the great service Jason. We love the car! More
