It was by far the WORST dealer experience ever! I brought in a family member’s vehicle to get an oil change. I pulled up in the service area and was directed to have a seat in the waiting room. A team member came to me and took down my info at which time I informed them of the service warranty that was on the vehicle. The team member said an advisor would come speak with me. I waited in the same area, working on my laptop. Someone came to me and said my vehicle was ready. I stated I have the service warranty and Stephen began to be condescending and rude. He asked why I didn’t tell someone about this earlier!!! As I was explaining I told the person that took my info, I was chastised! An advisor DID NOT come to speak to me and someone dropped the ball. After about an hour, the warranty company was reached and the service was approved. I was given an explanation of they were busy. And did not even receive an apology! I myself am an owner of a BMW and Mercedes and glad I do not have to go back there again!!!!! More
I’m very impressed by the efficiency and honesty of this dealership. I have heard horror stories about how other Volt owners with my issue had been treated by their dealership service departments, so I was dealership. I have heard horror stories about how other Volt owners with my issue had been treated by their dealership service departments, so I was nervous about my experience. But it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Jake took very good care of me, from quickly diagnosing the problem, to efficiently repairing the issue in only a couple of days, to getting me into a GM-paid rental car while mine was in the shop. I cannot recommend Jerry’s highly enough. More
