I was trying to park my new RAV4 in a very tight parking garage Downtown. I decided to back out instead of staying there and severely scraped and dented the rear door on a square, cement column that I did garage Downtown. This was a week before the Christmas holiday and I arrived at the Collision Center about a half hour prior to its closing on a Friday evening and was very upset. Bob went out of his way to give me an estimate on the spot and set up an appointment for early Monday morning. He treated me with compassion and made me feel like I was his only customer although I saw many other cars in the shop. He kept in touch with me on the progress of the repairs and worked around my work schedule in order to pick up the car when finished. They did a fabulous job and the car looked brand new again. His handling of the repairs gave me a confidence in the service throughout the week and I was extremely satisfied with the final product. My RAV4 was brand new again. Thanks, Bob, and your able crew! I bought this car from Jerry last year with 65K miles and paid 14K. The next day I drove my car after they changed the oil with $43 (I never paid this extra money in oil change!!), I figured out that Jerry employees totally removed the manufacturing sealing and hose that connects the radiator with the engine. The car heat was close to the maximum and the engine was so loud and I had to stop my car in the middle of the road. My family checked out the car and they found the hose was totally disconnected and fallen in the floor and the manufacturing sealing almost 12 inches; stuck around the hose. That was so unethical from Jerry, they are the last and only person that touched my car. I called Jerry about this incident and all what they did is to tell me that I am (perceiving) things that do not happen and they invited me to come back to the shop and they repeated the same rude comments. That was even much ruder. My car survived their evil acts to their customers. The only thing I can do is to inform the public about this aggressive experience from Jerry. BEWARE! You might be the next innocent person to experience it. More
After a collision 4/1/12, my insurance company suggested Jerry's collision ctr for the repairs to my car. Since the person who hit my car chose to pay for the repair by check, I was a bit concerned. The check arrived, cleared; the work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The staff could not have been more supportive and helpful thru the entire process. Kudos to all of them for their friendliness, knowledge and the quality of the repair. I would definitely recommend the collision center for any repair/body work needed. More

LONG STORY SHORT, IM A MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER IN TOWN VISITING AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK TO MY VEHICLE TO JERRYS WITH NO APPOINTMENT. MS SUSAN WAS COURTEOUS AND SO NICE AND I NEVER TOLD VISITING AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. I TOOK TO MY VEHICLE TO JERRYS WITH NO APPOINTMENT. MS SUSAN WAS COURTEOUS AND SO NICE AND I NEVER TOLD HER I WAS MILITARY BUT SHE TOOK OUR VEHICLE RIGHT AWAY. MY SUV IS A 2011 EQUINOX THAT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT NEEDED THE FUEL PUMP REPLACED. IT WAS FIXED AND OUT THE DOOR THAT EVENING AND OFF TO NAVAL STATION NORFOLK; ON TIME. THANK YOU SO MUCH JERRYS SERVICE. THANKS FOR HELPING MY FAMILY THANKS MS SUSAN AND HER TEAM. More
They take forever to service vehicles and when you call to see if it's done, nobody knows! It is fustrating. I understand that vehicles can take time to repair, especially when you have many vehicles to re to see if it's done, nobody knows! It is fustrating. I stopped at Jerry's just to look. My salesman was great;friendly, courteous, @ helpful; not pushy . Next day I bought the car; first chevrolet I have had in years. Love it. I forgot to mention the one door lock that did not work. The service rep came out and told me it would be a little longer;they were replacing the door lock - no charge. He told me where the Body shop was because I had some small scratches from the ice sliding off my car. The Body Shop Mgr.(Bobby) was very helpfull. Because of all the snow, they were really busy. He said call him in 3 weeks & they could buff out the marks - no charge. I worked in retail and customer service is where you keep your customers or loose them forever. I have never experienced such excellent customer service as I did at Jerry's. They did everything possible to make sure I left there happy and satisfied. I will definitely be back More
