Complained I arrived early. Told him I didn't want the person driving me to pick up my vehicle sitting in traffic on 695. I really should not have to explain why I was early. Then told me he would have to mail my receipt because he did not know how to write it up. The issue was the dip stick was incorrect put back in at the time of my oil change and I could smell fumes in the car. Then I had grease on the car and inside the door. I asked for a car wash and was told I would have to wait 10 mins. Not really sure why. It is usually not like this. More

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 1, I arrived at 12:40 and didn’t leave until 3:30! That being said, apparently there was a paperwork mixup and my vehicle wasn’t addressed until 2:30 1, I arrived at 12:40 and didn’t leave until 3:30!
