The employees are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. Service has always been excellent and the fact they wash my car whenever I bring it in for service is also an A+. My experience at Jerry's was the best I have ever had with a car dealership. Kevin was very informative, patient and extremely helpful with me. Once we found it he drove me over to the dealership to make sure it was to spec's. All of this made all the difference for me getting this vehile. Kevin made sure that I would all the rebates that were available to me also in which it affected the price greatly by driiving it down. More
Due to an accident I was in where my car was totaled I was in the processing of looking for another car. I wanted something used due to my limited budget. I had been to numerous dealerships where the onli was in the processing of looking for another car. I wanted something used due to my limited budget. I had been to numerous dealerships where the online price was MUCH lower then what they were asking for once I got there. Since Jerry's is over an hour away from me I had called ahead to confirm the price. I had called multiple days for about a week and every time I did I was hung up on or put on hold and no one ever picked back up. Just before I gave up on Jerry's I finally got a hold of some one who told me that the internet price was correct and that the only extra fees would be taxes, tags and title (just like everywhere else). They also told me that everything that was listed online about the car was 100% correct and that they would print the carfax for me since I did not have a printer to print it from my house. Then things went south and fast. I arrived and told the salesman about my budget and the car I was interested in. He gave me the keys to it and let me look at it for a few minutes. As soon as I opened the hood to the vehicle the salesman came running back over asking what I was doing. I told him I was checking oil and fluids and checking everything else under the hood. I had found pieces of metal in the oil and brought it to his attention, knowing that meant something was seriously wrong with the car. His reply was "you're a woman you should not know about any of that". I was floored by his comment. Not only that but when I told him someone would print the carfax for me, he told me "we do not do that here" if you want it there is an extra fee! I left and came back about an hour later after having calmed down from that experience. I walked in this time with my fiance and requested another salesman. I told him about my budget and he showed me every car in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about every car he showed me and answered all the questions I had. We then went into the office so I could purchase the vehicle since I wanted to take it home that day and things got even worse. He gave me the final price on the car and it didn't add up. He told me there was a $1,200 fee and that the online price was just to draw people in. Having added that fee to the final price greatly exceeded my budget and I told him that. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Now every place I had been to before tried to work with me on the price to get my business but I always felt pressured. He tried to talk me into financing and I told him I refused to do financing mainly because I knew I wasn't going to get approved. But he kept pushing for it. My fiance knew I was getting upset and stepped in to try and talk him into a deal. NOTHING WORKED! I understand that you want the business and the money but that is not how you go about it. Both salesman knew I was a first time car buyer and that I was young and they took full advantage of that. By the end of it the guy told me the most he could do was knock off $200, still exceeding my budget. I told him no it is still over my budget he told me "well that is not our fault you should have a higher budget". I walked out of there. On my way out I had passed the first salesman I had and demanded an apology from him about his comment and he refused, looked at my fiance and told him to get me out of here and that I was wrong and women shouldn't know about cars. Well he was trying to put someone else into the first car I looked at and I warned them about the problem. I will NEVER go back to Jerry's. I have been debating on whether or not I wanted to report my issues or just leave it in the past. I still have not found a car and they missed out on my business. I was willing to pay for the car in full with cash and they ruined it. I feel sorry for anyone else who goes looking for a car at Jerry's. By the end of it I had requested to talk to a manager but every salesman there told me that would not be possible. More

I bought my first Chevrolet 16 years ago and wanted to come back because I had such a good experience with Jerry's Chevrolet. I worked with Kevin Kyler and once again I had a great experience buying my n come back because I had such a good experience with Jerry's Chevrolet. I worked with Kevin Kyler and once again I had a great experience buying my new car. Kevin was very informative and was not pushy at all. He went out of his way to find me the car that best suited my needs and spent extra time with me explaining all of the bells and whistles that came with my car. He sat in my new car with me and showed me how everything worked which no one has ever done. We also had a GM Friends and Family discount and Kevin knew exactly what needed to be done and explained what I needed to do on my end to validate this discount. The overall whole experience was great and he was wonderful to work with. I purchased the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LT and I love it!!! More
My experience with Jerry's started out a bit disappointing. My first visit there was on Sat. Feb.18,2012. A car salesman from "used car sales" asked me what type of vehicle I was interested in. I told him it was the used 2011 Nissan Altima with only 2 thousand miles that was advertised on the internet. He asked me what was the price on the internet and how much money I had to put down. I replied with the price on the internet and told him I had no money to put down but my credit was good. He than replied that the internet price was just to get me in Jerry's and stated a higher price and told me I would at least need $5,000.00 down for my payment to be where I wanted it to be and I had no chance in buying the car. I do not recall his name, however he knows who he is. Well, "The DEVIL IS A LIAR". I filled out the credit app on line and on Monday Feb.20,2012 A car salesman from "new car sales" by the name of KEVIN KYLER called me to come in and test drive and PURCHASE the 2011 Nissan Altima that I was told by the first used car salesman on Sat,. Feb.18,2012 that I did not stand a chance of purchasing.THANK YOU , Mr. KYLER for being attentive,courteous and professional in helping me puchase the car that I wanted , Even though Mr KYLER was busy with other customers ,he still gave me PERSONALIZED ATTENTION and EXCELLENT customer service by explaining the features on the car and answering all my questions. Anyway at first i was really upset because I thought there was going to be a problem getting it fixed. But i was wrong not at all i took my car in 2 days later and it was fixed in about 2 hours good as new! Alot of other dealers once you leave the lot would probably tell you it's not their problem but not Jerry's. And Andre Roden and Paul Green are very easy going with a great sense of humor. You do feel like family at Jerry's!! More
