They are going to fix all issues we have had with the car and they are going to make the first payment for me. George was generally concerned as to why he had not been notified of my issues and said he would address the issue. We are going to contact him with a list of the issues with the car and he is going to draw something up and sign it. When we drop off the car, we will get a loaner until everything is done. He's a generally good manager and was the only person to move along the process of buying the car, as everybody else seemed to drag it out or take their time. I still can not give them a 5 star rating because their service department has really just pissed me off. But I can give them a 4 star because of George. More
1st Service Visit We purchased a new 2014 Chevy Impala December 27th at Jerry's Chevrolet in Towson. The salesman was friendly and helpful. However, on the 1st visit We purchased a new 2014 Chevy Impala December 27th at Jerry's Chevrolet in Towson. The salesman was friendly and helpful. However, on the 1st visit to have the tires rotated and the vehicle detailed things went downhill. Do not know what they detailed our vehicle with, but the hood, roof, rear bumper and one rear door was scratched. It looked like something was dragged across the roof & hood. I called and spoke with the sales manager and he assured me that they would take care of it. Asked me to have the car dropped off on the following Monday and that he would give my wife a loaner car while they took care of the issue on Tuesday, because that was the day the detail crew would be there! My wife shows up and no one has any idea why she is there, I receive a call from the GM named Mark. He tells me that the detail crew will be there on Thursday and for us to return late Wednesday. I explain where we live and Mark says no problem, I'll have someone meet you at your home with the loaner car and take care of the issue. Ok, I said and Wednesday as I am leaving work around 8pm my wife says no one showed up or called. I call the GM Mark and he starts cussing that he can't believe that this got screwed up and he will call me right back. Mark calls back and says everyone is gone in service so he will have someone come get it on Thursday morning. I say that I'm Ok with this. So, now it is late Thursday night and I call the GM Mark to see why the car has not been returned. He tells me that he was not happy with the results and was going to have them redo it on Friday. On Friday, I meet the driver and see that there is still a scratch on the hood, the one on the rear door not even touched and the rear bumper not touched. I called the GM Mark and he can't believe that they missed them. I remarked that you were not happy with the results on Thursday, but you were on Friday! He says he will have his manager from the body shop give me a call to have them take care of this problem. I state that I am not comfortable with Jerry's taking care of it because of the issues so far and lack of communication and professionalism. He asked for another shot, I said I look forward to the return call. Now, keep in mind this is Friday, March 27th at around 3:30pm. Saturday came and went, Monday came and went, Tuesday I call the GM Mark at 6:35pm and leave a message on his personal cell phone. I went to dinner and called the store at 7:35pm and got his voice mail, called back and asked if was available and was told he was with a customer. Called back at 8:35pm to find out that he left for the evening! I told the receptionist, "How Convenient" and hung up..... Be very careful is all I can tell you! More

Think twice before you go here. I went to this dealership to purchase a new equinox. The salesman I was working with was nice. I test drove an LS model and I liked it. Like I'm sure most people do, once I obtained a price for the vehicle I was interested in, I shopped around. I called another dealership and was offered an LT model for roughly $2000 less. After a couple of days I went back to Jerry's to see if they would be willing to match the price. Mike Friend went and brought in the sales manager Mark Krupinksy. I was so offended and put off by his cockiness and attitude. He told me the other dealership was lying to me and that it was impossible that they would sell me the LT for the price I was quoted. Unfortunately for Jerry's, I didn't purchase the vehicle. As soon as I left the dealership, I traveled up the road to Bob Bell of Bel Air. I was treated very well and left there with a brand new 2014 Equinox LT for the price that was quoted on the phone to me. I paid $2000 less than what Jerry's was asking. I will not recommend Jerry's to anyone just from my one interaction with Mark Krupinsky. More
As I walked onto the Jerry's Chevrolet lot I was greeted by an excited salesman, Mr. Larry Webb. We talked about what I heard, what I was looking for or was interested in purchasing in a settle man greeted by an excited salesman, Mr. Larry Webb. We talked about what I heard, what I was looking for or was interested in purchasing in a settle manner. After listening to me, he explain some things about the cars on the lot. Him, my future son in-law and I walked around the lot looking and discussing the difference about the cars that I selected. After I selected my car and its color, we proceeded to do business in his office. All my concerns/questions were answered in a positive manner. He knew what the car came with, what it didn't have, and asked and answered questions about the car that made me want the car even more. Whenever I come to the Jerry's Chevrolet dealer I find him-Mr. Webb to handle my concerns. If he can't find it the time of my visit, he will find my best time to come back and that works out great. Also if he is unable to work out the unwarranted situation, he will call on a college. Mr. Webb continues to serve me in handling all of my concerns in a timely manner. My he continued to be an access to his job and colleges. More
I was trying to park my new RAV4 in a very tight parking garage Downtown. I decided to back out instead of staying there and severely scraped and dented the rear door on a square, cement column that I did garage Downtown. This was a week before the Christmas holiday and I arrived at the Collision Center about a half hour prior to its closing on a Friday evening and was very upset. Bob went out of his way to give me an estimate on the spot and set up an appointment for early Monday morning. He treated me with compassion and made me feel like I was his only customer although I saw many other cars in the shop. He kept in touch with me on the progress of the repairs and worked around my work schedule in order to pick up the car when finished. They did a fabulous job and the car looked brand new again. His handling of the repairs gave me a confidence in the service throughout the week and I was extremely satisfied with the final product. My RAV4 was brand new again. Thanks, Bob, and your able crew! More
kevin kyler was so great for us. He knew all about the cars.He explain everything to us about the car. This is our second time buying a new car from him. I was so please that john diehl look after us to in getting another 2012 malibu. Every one their was so great to us .It meant alot to me.I would recommend jerrys to anyone Everything I would say was very, very ,very excellent.Kevin had went out of his way to tell me everything about the car he was the first one that has done that for us. MY HUSBAND is blind he couldn't help me to figure any thing out on the car. But Kevin kyler did. He was such a great help to me. I changed the oil few weeks back at Jerry Chevrolet and they did inspect my car and check out a sign in the inspection report indicating that there might be an issue that needs my attention in the future r they did inspect my car and check out a sign in the inspection report indicating that there might be an issue that needs my attention in the future related to (engine, axles, and/or transmission). I bought this car from Jerry last year with 65K miles and paid 14K. The next day I drove my car after they changed the oil with $43 (I never paid this extra money in oil change!!), I figured out that Jerry employees totally removed the manufacturing sealing and hose that connects the radiator with the engine. The car heat was close to the maximum and the engine was so loud and I had to stop my car in the middle of the road. My family checked out the car and they found the hose was totally disconnected and fallen in the floor and the manufacturing sealing almost 12 inches; stuck around the hose. That was so unethical from Jerry, they are the last and only person that touched my car. I called Jerry about this incident and all what they did is to tell me that I am (perceiving) things that do not happen and they invited me to come back to the shop and they repeated the same rude comments. That was even much ruder. My car survived their evil acts to their customers. The only thing I can do is to inform the public about this aggressive experience from Jerry. BEWARE! You might be the next innocent person to experience it. More
Our experience with Jerry's was terriffic. My wife and I went to Jerry's to look at there new chevy 2500 HD trucks. Kevin Kyler showed us several trucks they had on the lot and he went with us on the test d went to Jerry's to look at there new chevy 2500 HD trucks. Kevin Kyler showed us several trucks they had on the lot and he went with us on the test drive. He answered all our questions and took the time to explain all the features the trucks had to offer. Kevin was not pushy and did not try to persuade us from one truck to the other. Once we decided on the truck we wanted Kevin helped us to get that truck for the price range we were looking to pay. Tim Althoff was great to. Instead of having us sign any paper work that night he sent us home due to a possible mistake in the paper work. He wanted to call the bank in the morning to make sure we were receiving our best rate. We love our new chevy 2500 HD truck. Thankyou Kevin Kyler and Tim Althoff. Brian and Karen Hendrix More
After a collision 4/1/12, my insurance company suggested Jerry's collision ctr for the repairs to my car. Since the person who hit my car chose to pay for the repair by check, I was a bit concerned. The check arrived, cleared; the work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The staff could not have been more supportive and helpful thru the entire process. Kudos to all of them for their friendliness, knowledge and the quality of the repair. I would definitely recommend the collision center for any repair/body work needed. More
