So I left a review yesterday about the poor quality I had dealing with Jerry Chevrolet service department now this morning I called and asked to speak with the service manager and she was nothing but disresp dealing with Jerry Chevrolet service department now this morning I called and asked to speak with the service manager and she was nothing but disrespectful and rude I drop my truck off specifically when I was going to be out of town so they had time to work on the vehicle and now she’s giving me an attitude saying I need to give her a guarantee time when I’m going to be up there so she can make sure there’s a trans tech there to take a ride with me in the truck I work 12 hour days I don’t know when or what time exactly I would be able to bring it to them and I told her that and she gave me an attitude and started yelling at me I am very displeased with this company they absolutely have zero customer service my opinion they need to go through a training seminar on how to deal with customers More
