My problem with the dealership is using my military discount for whatever service getting done to my vehicle that was purchased from Jerry Chevrolet. Example oil change. Pleasant and efficient. Went in for routine maintenance and had them check a tire issue which they found a small puncture in the sidewall of the tire which I replaced. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Accent from your car dealership at the end of November that was just stolen yesterday. I just called your dealership and got transferred to someone named Larry in your sales department and asked him why nobody, after the sale, gave me a head's up that this car had a flaw that makes it easy to steal so that I could have protected the car from being stolen. He told me, "We aren't in business to provide that kind of information, that isn't how it works. And that if it was all over the news, I should have known about it" and then he hung up on my call. This is the second car I have bought from your dealership, and I can assure you after service like this I will NOT be buying my next car from you! More
