Recall and Oil Change. I took my car in and left it at Jerry Ward's. They took it to the local Ford dealer's for them to do the recall per the letter I had received. They got it back from the Ford dealer when it was ready. They then changed my oil like I had asked them to. When that was done they called me to let me know my car was ready to pick up. All I had to do was make the initial contact with them, take my car there and then pick it up when it was finished. I call that service. More

Emergency Service While driving into town, I had a tire going flat. I took it to a local tire repair shop and they plugged it. When I came out of the plant that I was While driving into town, I had a tire going flat. I took it to a local tire repair shop and they plugged it. When I came out of the plant that I was working with in town, the tire was continuing to run low. I took it to Jerry Ward and they identified a bigger problem that was actualy a safety hazard and helped get me back on the road; not being from Union City. I was due for an oil change and they were efficient and timely and went over and above the call of duty in getting me taken care of. On top of everything else, they were extremely reasonably priced. Even though I don't live there, I will be returning for service and maybe more in the future. Thank you for what you do!!! More
