All around customer service My husband and I were looking for a Malibu and found one at Jerry Wards Autoplex and put our financials in and within a day I talked to Tony Dobson fr My husband and I were looking for a Malibu and found one at Jerry Wards Autoplex and put our financials in and within a day I talked to Tony Dobson from Jerry Ward and Tony is an outstanding salesman. We talked and told him what we wanted and he went above and beyond and had us approved within a few minutes. I thanked Tony because he was so helpful and my husband went down there on a test drive and called me at work and the rest is history. We are now proud owners of a 2016 white Malibu. 😀I will tell people go down there and see what Jerry Ward has because he and his wonderful staff will treat you right every time!!!!!! More
