Not sure where to begin. The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dea The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dealer. Simple items such as Alignment & Rotation took 3 weeks to complete. The Jeep actually came back dirtier than when i gave it to them and all of the caps were missing from the rims with no explanation as to where they went. I understand things happen but this is next level " We just don't care about the customer" type of service. When I ask friends and family about their experience it seems to be the same level of dysfunction. At this point i would recommend another Jeep / Ram service department because this one is way too busy and they just don't give a damm. More

They wanted to replace my PCM. ..wasn't the problem. Plus quoted to replace all spark plugs and coils which were just replaced.. said I had all kinds of leaks, also false. It was a ground wire, which our mechanic told us to tell them to check first. We went somewhere else and confirmed it was just a ground wire, spark plugs were good and no leaks. My repair was $200. Plus we made an appointment for 10 am on a Friday and they didn't even look at the vehicle until Tuesday! More

Scheduled a appointment for my ram trx dropped the truck off at 7:30am to look at a belt sqeak. No communication had to call multiple times didn't even know where my truck was in line after day 2 in the sho off at 7:30am to look at a belt sqeak. No communication had to call multiple times didn't even know where my truck was in line after day 2 in the shop they still had no idea, very sad jerry ulm sales is very professional and on top of things service is worst ever dealt with and service manager Scott sat. In his office as I came to pick my truck up and wouldn't even come out and try and make it right vary sad. You would think purchasing one of there higher end vehicles they would try and be professional. Will not do business with them in the future. More
