I live in NY and my vehicle is with my son at college in Tampa. We had to get my car serviced twice and used Jerry Ulm. Elias the service representative was awesome. However, I paid for a rental on warranty work. When I returned to pick up my Jeep it took over 50 minutes for them to find it and bring it up. This does not seem to be a customer first service center. The impression I received is they are disorganized and not on top of things. I will continue to drive further to Clearwater and go to Fitzgerald Jeep. More

Service department cant seem to communicate pro-actively well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle. Not sure where to begin. The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dea The service is absolutely the worst experience ever. It's almost like they do not know how to fix Jeeps, which is strange because they are a Jeep Dealer. Simple items such as Alignment & Rotation took 3 weeks to complete. The Jeep actually came back dirtier than when i gave it to them and all of the caps were missing from the rims with no explanation as to where they went. I understand things happen but this is next level " We just don't care about the customer" type of service. When I ask friends and family about their experience it seems to be the same level of dysfunction. At this point i would recommend another Jeep / Ram service department because this one is way too busy and they just don't give a damm. More

They wanted to replace my PCM. ..wasn't the problem. Plus quoted to replace all spark plugs and coils which were just replaced.. said I had all kinds of leaks, also false. It was a ground wire, which our mechanic told us to tell them to check first. We went somewhere else and confirmed it was just a ground wire, spark plugs were good and no leaks. My repair was $200. Plus we made an appointment for 10 am on a Friday and they didn't even look at the vehicle until Tuesday! More
