I live in NY and my vehicle is with my son at college in Tampa. We had to get my car serviced twice and used Jerry Ulm. Elias the service representative was awesome. However, I paid for a rental on warranty work. When I returned to pick up my Jeep it took over 50 minutes for them to find it and bring it up. Service department cant seem to communicate pro-actively well with customer. I find myself calling frequently for updates on my vehicle.
