Kept trying to charge me for diagnostics after the initial diagnosis. Seems like the techs did not know what they were doing. No one greeted/check in on arrival. Walked in to service rep bullpen. No one offered to help. Walked back out to vehicle and stood there 15 mins before someone asked if I needed help. Expensive. Seems 6 cylinder Wrangler has history of lift PROBLEMS. You would think it would be under a recall or warranty. Made me spend $5,000 to fix !!
