Made me feel at home. From the moment I drove up I knew I was where I needed to be. My wife and I were driving throught town when my check engine light came on. I showed up From the moment I drove up I knew I was where I needed to be. My wife and I were driving throught town when my check engine light came on. I showed up with no appointment and was greeted by David Ingrass. He was very busy but assured me he would be right with me. He was helping an elderly gentleman out of his van. Three minutes later I was informed I was all his. After explaining my situation David checked with his manager Angelo to check the shop load. We we informed ig would only be e0 minutes and we would have a diagnosis but not promise I would be done today. While David finished our paperwork Angelo wisked our vehicle off and returned a few minutes later. No problem. No charge . I would be on the road in 20 minutes. Low and behold my wife and I were back on the road in 30 minutes. I could not have asked for better service. The worked like a well oiled machine and made us feel like family. It was even a little chilly out. and she escorted her to the lounge made her a cup of coffee and made her feel right at home.. She said when Tracy returned she informed my wife of metal threading making its way through the tire because of tire wear on the inside, so we replaced all four, because of a buy three get one for a dollar promotion! Exceptional service , and knowledge Tracy! Your walk-around was a disaster avoided, who knows how much longer before a blown- out tire could have occurred! Thank you so much, not just from me but the grand kids as well! More

The entire time I am on hold having to hear the recording how they treat you like family................. Very poor customer service when it comes to talking to some one in service. Poor Carol at the switch board paged at least 6 times for some one in service to take a call and nothing. More

Very disappointed! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Several weeks ago my check engine light came on so of course I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Jerry Ulm as thi If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Several weeks ago my check engine light came on so of course I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Jerry Ulm as this is where I purchased the vehicle. Turns out I needed to have a cylinder head replaced on the engine, which in itself was disturbing since my Jeep is only two years old. Anyway, despite a few minor annoyances with the staff there, everything seemed ok and I got my car back 6 days later. A couple of days after that, my husband was washing my car when he noticed some pretty significant damage to the front of my car. When they repaired my car, they obviously damaged it and didn't even tell me. Not only did they not tell me, but they tried to cover it up by painting over it...not even in the right color of paint. (I can provide photos) There was even some damage under the hood but since most people won't ever see I didn't make an issue of it. But what this tells me is that they could care less about my vehicle or anyone else's vehicle. And that if they do mess up, the will not confess. I understand that nobody is perfect and accidents happen. And if they had told me about the damage and offered to fix it, then you wouldn't be reading this now. But they didn't. They have since repaired my bumper but to this day, I have not received an explanation, an apology or even a phone call to see if everything is ok! That is why I am posting...to warn my Tampa area friends to stay away from Jerry Ulm Dodge Chrysler Jeep! I could say more, but I am going to exercise some restraint here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...let's just leave it at that. I will not be going back there. I deserve better! More

Here's why Jerry Ulm is number 1 for servicing Jeeps. I had an issue which noone could get right. I spent more money on issues not related to the problem. Took it back to EXTREME JEEP, where I purchased it and they wanted to charge for issues not even related. They priced me out at nearly 3200.00 for repair. I only had it for a month. I took it to Jerry Ulm for second opinion. They followed up with me every second of the way. The issue , loose wires connected to the transmission. No where even close to what I was quoted at by extreme. This place has earned my trust and now my business. Everyone down to the owner are true professionals. Don't believe the bad reviews. It's not even close. Try it, you will see. More
Terrible auto repair service I had a wreck in My 2000 Jeep Cherokee. I took it to the dealer and it took over a month to repair. When I got it back the front end was falling apart. So I took it back and over the next few months, they would say it was fixed but it was not. Finally out of frustration I found a mechanic to check it out and he found the problem right away. So I paid him and went pack to the dealer with the report. They did not listen to me when I told them what the problem was. They called me back and told me, tough luck, it was not their concern, that they had done all they were going to do. So, after this review and you take your vehicle there for repair. don't say I did not warn you More
EXPRESS SHOP DID NOT CHANGE OIL FILTER Shane needs to learn that when the shop makes a mistake like forgetting to replace an oil filter it reflects on the inability he has as a manager. He also needs to learn how to except blame and figure out a way to make things better while at the same time remaining professional and haveing complete respect for the customer at all times.
