She explained everything very clearly and when she finished signing me in I was completely confident that she understood and would make sure things would be alright. Because of circumstances beyond everyone’s control we had to await parts and even though it took two more appointments I felt like I was the most important customer. Always an Amazing Very satisfied experience I came in because one of my tires were losing air . I had recently had the wheel welded at another place due to it having a small crack. After they lo I came in because one of my tires were losing air . I had recently had the wheel welded at another place due to it having a small crack. After they looked it over we found out it was leaking from where the weld was. They even brought me into the garage and showed me exactly where it was leaking and let me take pictures . They even double checked to make sure there was nothing in the tire . During my time I was greeted by Richard Castanon . He made sure I understood everything that was going on before I left. He even gave me an invoice stating what the guy in the garage found out was wrong with the tire. I also spoke to Jen Schickel as well and she is amazing too. I absolutely love this dealership! The employees here deserve to be acknowledged for their amazing customers service . More

I had the oil changed and tires rotated, but they also checked tire pressure, add Jerry Ulm Express service makes routine maintenance quick and easy. I had the oil changed and tires rotated, but they also checked tire pressure, added air, checked all fluids and topped off washer fluid. They even remembered to reset the service light ! All without asking. They seem to have detailed and competent technicians and no appointments needed which makes this a hard place to beat for service. Jenn was my service rep and no matter what they are paying her, they need to give a raise, cause she's awesome ! More
