I live less than a mile from Dayton Andrews and absolutely REFUSE to go back due to their lack of customer service. Even when my service person was running late, his partner stepped in and took care of me just to make sure that I kept my appointment time. All the way to the porter who moved the vehicles, he even asked me if I needed anything or would like some water while I waited. That's customer service! I don't mind making the drive from St. Petersburg knowing that I will receive exceptional service and treated like I matter. Thank you again Carlos, Beth, Alberto, and the porter.
