The less than 5 rating has to do with the reality that replacing the transmission did not solve the issue I continue to have. Even when my service person was running late, his partner stepped in and took care of me just to make sure that I kept my appointment time. All the way to the porter who moved the vehicles, he even asked me if I needed anything or would like some water while I waited. That's customer service! I don't mind making the drive from St. Petersburg knowing that I will receive exceptional service and treated like I matter. Thank you again Carlos, Beth, Alberto, and the porter. Necessary - but wasted my time I had to get service done that only the dealer can do. I was informed several things about my vehicle during its service that turned out to be a comp I had to get service done that only the dealer can do. I was informed several things about my vehicle during its service that turned out to be a complete lie. It was stated that my belt was on backwards and it was breaking up my water pump. It did not sound correct but I wanted to make sure. I took it to my regular mechanic and all I needed was a new belt (not on wrong-nothing wrong with water pump). I had to wait to check out because my paper work was not ready. Not a big deal but I had to wait for almost 1 hour for my paper work because my service person was getting reprimanded by his boss in the bosses office. Which I could almost everything that was going on. The boss came out of the office first. I asked him if he could help me check out and he mentioned that your person will be with you in a minute. He did not care that I was waiting to check out. More
