Fair, honest, and thorough Alex Perez took care of my wife’s Jeep after we had some issues. He diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. Above and Beyond My 2014 grand Cherokee was having issues with the Uconnect system. Every so often when I started my car the screen would remain black for a few minute My 2014 grand Cherokee was having issues with the Uconnect system. Every so often when I started my car the screen would remain black for a few minutes which affected my air-conditioning, navigation, Bluetooth, radio and more. The dealer I bought my vehicle from suggested I take it in to my local Jeep dealer, Jerry Ulm, for the latest update to the system. Tracy Korfias was the service advisor we were assigned to. We dropped off the vehicle for the update and a handful of other little things we wanted done prior to an upcoming road trip. When we went to pick up the vehicle that afternoon Tracy had bad news for us… When trying to do the update on the Uconnect system, the entire thing crashed. I left Jerry Ulm with no radio and a promise from Tracy that she would help find a solution other than having to replace the entire system. I didn’t hold my breath. The next morning I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Assuming a correlation my vehicle went back to Tracy for the day. Meantime I called the dealership where I bought the car and was told a whole new system was probably my only option. They we’re nice enough to get me quotes from an after market provider ... $960! Meantime Tracy would not give up! She called Chrysler. She talked to multiple places. She searched other aftermarket solutions. And she insisted one service tech see my vehicle. Hours later I got a call from Tracy that everything was fixed!! Everything! Turned out the crash had caused a backend issue where even though my car was off the radio was still on which led to the battery drain. And the service tech had removed the entire system and was able to override whatever had caused the system crash and got the update to take! My radio isn’t perfect. I will likely need a new Uconnect at some point. But Tracy never gave up on ensuring she found a solution that would provide me more time and a comfortable trip. Tracy Korfias is a rare gem. The service she provided was above and beyond. More

However, what has impressed me the most is the attention that was shown to me. We communicated through phone and text through the entire process, we agreed on price and when I came in for pickup there were no surprises, I simply handed my card to the cashier and in less than a minute I was in my vehicle driving home.
