Horrible experience!! Made an appointment to have a recall repair, but then asked to have the front end aligned , because of a wobble in the steering wheel. After sitting in the waiting area for 4 hours was told it would be a little longer. No problem. After getting home received a call from a Ron who stated they could not get to my car until Monday, still no problem, but come Monday I did not hear from anyone left several messages and still no return call.finally on Tuesday spoke with a service consultant who advised Ron had quit and my paper work was misplaced but he would have the repair done that day. More

I took my car in for an oil change they called to let me know they had found a separate i Unfortunately, this will be my last time going to Jerry Ulm. I took my car in for an oil change they called to let me know they had found a separate issue with the car (shocker!) and it needed to be fixed as well. They said my back brake cylinders needed to be replaced. I went to pick my car up, the cylinders were fixed and the oil change had been completely missed. It was 6 o’Click so they wouldn’t complete the oil change. I left and had to come back later that week to get the oil changed. It was frustrating I had to take it back. They never apologized for missing that AND didn’t even give some sort of discount for their error. 6 months later I took it back for another oil change and they stated the back wheel cylinder was leaking and was going to be an expense to get fixed. I stated they just fixed it 6 months ago and it should be covered under warranty and asked to check their system of my last visit. They said unless I can provide receipt showing I had It fixed last time then I’d have to pay. Good thing I brought the receipt with me. Sure enough it was under warranty and they “fixed” for free. How do they not have a log of all your visits and what they did to your car in their system?! Lesson learned - always keep your receipts! This last time ... I took my car in for another oil change and they stated my front tires were getting low on tread (I just had all 4 replaced 3 months before at Costco) so I knew they didn’t need replaced. They stated my rear shoes and pads needed replaced. I moved forward with the oil change. 2 days after visiting my shifter started not working. Took it to tire kingdom for a full inspection and a piece on the shifter had been broken off. He said it looked like someone just snapped it off. The back brakes were in great condition and did not need any servicing. I feel like everytime I go to Jerry Ulm I am gettting ripped off or I leave and something else starts having problems. It’s the bad boyfriend I keep going back to and I don’t know why. Maybe convenience of location?! Maybe I was hoping to finally get good service?! Unforuantley this will be my last time going. More
Con artist Came for repairs and was lied to about the cost and repairs. The service reps lied to the bobb about the transaction. Tracy took great care of us, made sure we could get in quickly and get it all done in a few days. Plus provide us a rental next door and no charge to us. We also got an oil change and we weren’t told we needed more etc. like other dealerships in the past. We will definitely be visiting again. Tracy was so helpful and everyone even staff seem to seek her out for help or guidance. Top notch she is for sure!!! More
