Typically Good! Went to dealership for an alternator change. Did not have an appointment. Jeep died as I was pulling it in. Shop said they could have it done the following morning. Keep in mind this is an hour fix. I was told to consider changing belt at the same time and agreed. Consultant told me mine was bad. Showed up next day around five o’clock and Jeep was not ready and was not going to be ready til the following day. Again, an hour fix. Service manager assured me it would be finished first thing the next morning. Showed up at 3 o’clock following day and Jeep was still not ready. I complained again, and was told because I didn’t have an appointment was cause for delay. Could have told me that on day 1. Jeep finally ready around 5 PM but was told that Jeep needed a belt tensioner because new belt was skipping. Quote for new tensioner was just shy of $400 installed. Lucky for me it was covered under my Unlimited Powertrain Warranty. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes but yet the part was $200 and $200 for labor because it calls for 1.8 hours of labor. Doesn’t add up. After all was said and done they said that the new belt was skipping, but now there is a new belt and a new tensioner and still skipping. They said there was nothing wrong with the old belt and it would be fine. The consultant iniatially told me the belt was bad hence the reason why we changed it. Communication was poor. I felt like they were selling me a bunch of goods and were not honest with me from the word go. Usually this dealership parts the seas for me when I come in for service for this has been my shop of choice when servicing my Jeep. I’m a little apprehensive now moving forward. More

Amazing service I have several Jeeps (12) that I get serviced from Jerry Ulm in Tampa. I used to take my Jeeps to Dayton Andrews. They were good but after working wit I have several Jeeps (12) that I get serviced from Jerry Ulm in Tampa. I used to take my Jeeps to Dayton Andrews. They were good but after working with Alberto and Carlos in the service Dept of Jerry Ulm, I only take my Jeeps to them for service for the last year. The level of excellence is just the best I have experienced at any dealership; EVER, PERIOD! These two guys are hands down the best service guys I have ever worked with. In fact, I even take my Corvettes and my Mustang to them for oil changes etc. If you want to experience what a top level service dept is suspose to be like, visit Jerry Ulm and ask for the dynamic duel team of Alberto and Carlos. My AC was blowing hot So I brought them my 2015 Challenger Hellcat. The car had been to Courtesy Chrysler in Brandon 3 times for the same condition within factory warranty. So I brought them my 2015 Challenger Hellcat. The car had been to Courtesy Chrysler in Brandon 3 times for the same condition within factory warranty. The 4th time I brought to Courtesy they advised me I was 8 days out of factory warranty and did not care that it was my 4th time with the exact same issue and the repair would be $1100! I picked up my $60000 car that was just 3 years old and had 25,000 miles and brought it to Jerry Ulm. The service manager there performed a goodwill repair and my AC has been cold for a week now!!! Previously would never last 12 hrs. Jerry Ulm is the BEST! More
