I never worry about when I will need to replace things like tires or breaks or when I need to perform certain services because they update me with each visit. Issue resolved but disappointed I was relieved that the issue I went in with was resolved. I have always been happy with the service I’ve received at Jerry Ulm but was somewhat disa I was relieved that the issue I went in with was resolved. I have always been happy with the service I’ve received at Jerry Ulm but was somewhat disappointed in the service advisor I was assigned to this visit. I like the fact that Jerry Ulm’s service advisors text you after check-in with their name and if you need anything to text back. After not hearing a word from the advisor, I responded to the text 8 hours later. Over an hour later, I took advantage of a ride to the dealership from work. I walked into the advisor’s office and he didn’t even acknowledge me, playing with his phone. It wasn’t until his co-worker walked in and asked if she could help me. I asked about my car and mentioned that I sent a text and never received a response. He then asked where I sent the message?! He had the report and key to my car on his desk. He said it was something that could be fixed in 30 minutes and gave me the cost. I gave the OK and my car was finished in an hour. In addition, unless he recently had dental work and had a mouthful of gauze, he had wad of chewing tobacco in his mouth. He was chewing gum when he took me to the cashier so I’m sure dental work was not the case. All others that I was in contact with during my experience were very friendly. The shuttle driver was awesome. I wish I had his name to share. More
