I have purchased and have referred friends that have purchased various vehicles. The main reason that I chose them is because of their service departments outstanding customer service. Jerry Ulm use to have the BEST Service department in the business! Unfortunately, that now is not the case. I have been trying to schedule my friends Jeep, that came in from out of town for some warranty work since Tuesday (5.9.2023). I called several times but couldn't get anyone on the phone... So I drove down in person to speak with a service rep. I eventually had to speak with the service manager to get an appoint by Friday or Saturday. We dropped the car off Thursday night and was the first in line at the service bay. I followed up Friday evening and they said they would call me back shortly with an update but they never did call me back. I called again on Saturday morning (5.13.2023) and it took over 20 minutes to get a hold of someone... I explained my dissatisfaction with having to call several times and the excessive amount of time that it took to get through. They told me that the service manager dropped the ball and the car would not be seen until at least Monday (5.15.2023). I explained the situation again that we need the Jeep diagnosed by Saturday because me friend had to drive back home Sunday morning. The CSR stated if you don't like my service then come and pick up your vehicle... I tried to reason with him but unfortunately they showed me that they were in charge and were not going to help me out! So the moral of the story is do not count on Jerry Ulm to follow through in a timely many with any future service or warranty work even after they sold you the vehicle and the extended warranty... Try to find another dealership that appreciates its' customer, has integrity, and does what they say they are going to do! More

Dave was very nice and responsive throughout the process. I am dissatisfied with the amount of time it took for them to actually repair the car but understand that was partly due to waiting on parts. I'm also extremely disappointed that Immediately leaving the dealership I ran out of gas without even making it half a mile down the road and was stranded on the side of the road for 2 hours. There wasn't even had bough gas to push it to the side of the road where I had to figure out how to manually shift my car to no avail. It Would've been nice for the dealership to let me know that I needed to bring gas to the car before leaving OR actually put enough in there for me to make it to the gas station before putting me in that position. I would not personally recommend the shop for other repairs moving forward. More
