Communication is one of the most important aspects of customer service but it seems you can never talk to someone. It's frustrating when you don't have a vehicle and are constantly leaving voicemails that never get returned. Also...the diagnostic fee. I don't understand why plugging my car into a computer costs $125. My $16 relay costs me $181. Charge me for the diagnosis if I don't do the repair, but if I do, then it should be part of how the dealer does their job effectively. More
