Good experience but.. I bough the car 4 weeks ago and as part of the deal the were going to install custom wheels. Service was great, very fast , very polite and corteous. But they install the brand new wheels in a brand new car and they were full of grease and finger prints ofvthe handeling of the wheels. On a service from a new car a clean wheel was expected. More

The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. Although the problem could not be solved I was impressed with the how the staff helped me through the entire process. Austin especially was wonderful. He made sure I was well taken care of and even called me to make sure everything was satisfactory after the fact. Although going to a dealership can be exhausting and sales people are exasperating when trying to make a sale on a new vehicle, everyone was understanding of my situation and listened to exactly what I wanted and did not want. I am happy with my experience at Jerry Ulm. More
out of town with dead battery I was 3 hrs from home when the failure occurred. From the moment I walk into dealership until I left with my fixed car. Please replace your front desk employee. I’ve always have come to dodge to get my oil change and have never had a problem. But yesterday I received the worst service from the front girl repre I’ve always have come to dodge to get my oil change and have never had a problem. But yesterday I received the worst service from the front girl representative where you cash out. First I aske, has the coupon been applied for the oil change she said I don’t know. She advised me to find Jen and ask. I walked out to try to find Jen, I did not locate her and entered the building again , I said I can’t find Jen can you please go find her, she then asked a technician to go find Jen and it turned out the coupon was applied. Then once I cashed out she gave me my keys, and I walk outside where the cars are usually parked in the front, I did not see my car and when I walked in I said where is my car, she told me i don’t know, somewhere behind those gates..... I’m sorry but this service was terrible ! The fact that I have to go looking for one of your employees , and the fact I have no one even tell me where my car is located is ridiculous! I will strongly reconsider coming here again. More
Express Oil Center I just recently had running boards and a spray in bed liner installed on my 2019 RAM 1500 and the service advisor that assisted me was extremely profe I just recently had running boards and a spray in bed liner installed on my 2019 RAM 1500 and the service advisor that assisted me was extremely professional and made the experience simple and painless which seems to be extremely uncommon these days. Brandon was extremely professional and walked me through the process every step of the way while also keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle. I was out of town and dropped my truck off to have the work done, so the fact that Brandon continuously updated me made things transparent. Knowing that I was out of town, he even sent me pictures of my truck with the newly installed running boards and spray in bedliner. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be utilizing you guys for this type of stuff from here on out. In conclusion, I would also like to say that Brandon represents your organization very well and he should definitely be recognized for the level of service that he provides . More
