Exorbadant charges $149 just for a diagnosis is ridiculous especially when it took less than 10 mins to discover the issue. Additionally, you would charge double the amount another company is charging me to do the same work. If I can get the same job done for half the price you bet on going elsewhere. Congrats on getting the $149...maybe if you didnt charge so much just for the diagnosis I would have considered letting you do the work but that will not happen. Nice enough people working in service but doesn't override the pricing. This is not a situation where a person "gets what you paid for"....same part, same service and half the price...easy choice. More

Multiple items Went to have my Pacifica looked at since it had a couple of issues. The driver side sliding door would fail to close, the Auto-Off system was never re Went to have my Pacifica looked at since it had a couple of issues. The driver side sliding door would fail to close, the Auto-Off system was never ready and the transmission shifts hard (from time to time) at low speeds. They were able to fix the door issue. The were not able to replicate the transmission issue (understandable) and they replaced the battery/sensor for the Auto-Off system. However, a week has passed and the sysytem is still saying “not ready battery charging”. So out of 3 issues, they were able to solve 1. Just contacted them again to see how to deal with the Auto-Off issue again More
