New vehicle breakdown We were very disappointed to have a brand new vehicle break down within 24 hours especially when we were on our way out of town for our 20th annivers We were very disappointed to have a brand new vehicle break down within 24 hours especially when we were on our way out of town for our 20th anniversary vacation. The service department did what they could but had no warranty techs available on a Sunday when the service department was open so we had to delay our vacation a day so we could get it diagnosed and then be provided a rental. Surprised that a thermostat for this vehicle was not available anywhere in Tampa. Seems like something that should be in stock. Our advisor, Jen, was great through the process but we lost a day of vacation and the price of the cabin for a day and would’ve liked some offer to reimburse us for it from the dealership. It’s a brand new vehicle and this should’ve never happened. Appreciate Jen’s commitment to customer service, keeping us up to date on the issue, and James had to work to approve our rental to cover us for our vacation. More

veterans I brought my car in because I had the check engine light on, they came back and said it was my radiator that was bad. I just had my radiator replaced I brought my car in because I had the check engine light on, they came back and said it was my radiator that was bad. I just had my radiator replaced two years prior at the same dealership. The service person named Bill stated that it was no longer under warranty and that the manufacturer will not replace it because my car was over a hundred thousand miles. He then stated that it could possibly be a defect with my radiator, so thinking that, you'd believe that the dealership would replace it or have the manufacturer replace it at no cost to me. When I brought it up again about him stating that it was a defect he stated that he apologized for saying that word that it was a mistake. I called and spoke to the service manager Antonio and he stated that there was nothing they could do that I was two months outside of my warranty for my radiator and that he could give me 10% off parts and labor. I then ask if I could use my military discount with it and he said no, one or the other. My wife had called corporate to complain and when the service director Adam called her back he stated to her that the total price was $740 and that he would give us $75 off plus 10% and would mail us $100 check. When we went to pick up my car to pay the bill was $721 which did not show that $75 off plus 10% was taken off. When we asked about it he stated that he told my wife the total bill with $790 and after everything was taken off discount wise the total was $721. He stated that he had to take off money on backend which we would not see because it was coded differently on their end. This isn't at all what we were told over the phone and when confronting Adam in regards to the total price with discounts he insisted that he never told my wife that the total price was $740 and then from that price he would take off $75 plus 10% and mail us a $100 check. I am completely dissatisfied with a service that I was given and if this is the way that this dealership treats their veterans or anyone in that matter then they do not deserve anyone service and I will not be bringing my car back there for any more services. More
