Terrible experience all around. Service department lacks the "service" part of the name. Took them 4 days to even look at my jeep. Didn't off a courtesy vehicle. Didn't get it back until the 5th day. They tell me it's done. I come to pick it up on the 5th day it's been there and wouldn't you know it...radio doesn't work. They right in the report "no issues" which really means "we didn't look at it at all but hopefully it just magically works." Tried to call and ask about it. Left a voicemail and no response. Randomly the next day I get the automated text saying thanks for your service, let us know if you have any questions. So naturally I blew them up. They continued to lie and say the technician checked the radio and everything was working while there. Can't possibly be true. Ended up spending $2k for a tipm replacement. After already being suckered into spending over $4k 6 months earlier. Spent over $6k in 6 months at this place and they can't seem to help me at all...give me a break. Give me some kind of discount. Don't just keep lying to me about the radio working. To go back...when I went to pick up my jeep, I got there at 5:30pm. Service department closes at 6pm. There were maybe 2 out of 20 service reps there. Where the xxxx is everyone? I walk in, no one comes over to me. Standing in front of two service reps for about 10 minutes who are arguing about the schedule for the upcoming week and don't even acknowledge me. Eventually I just ask them straight up where my service assistant is...they say he's not here and just leave it at that. Don't help me or nothing. I had to find another service rep and get the rundown. Terrible experience. Lie to customer. Don't try to work with you at all. You're making a ton of money off me...give me a break. Will never come back and will continue to write bad reviews. More

The service used to be great before the renovation, not any more. I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation which they didn't have on file. My truck had a 5day, 30hr repair job. 2 weeks to tear my truck apart for a relatively minor accident. 30 days later they have far exceeded my insurances repair cause, elapsed rental coverage, promised 3 dif truck apart for a relatively minor accident. 30 days later they have far exceeded my insurances repair cause, elapsed rental coverage, promised 3 different finish dates and when I stopped by, my truck had the grille off, no fog lights or bumper, wrong headlight, and a lacerated tire still. 40 days later my truck still has a banged up hood. I have emailed the Jerry Ulm General Manager and he has yet to reply. They are very nice and the work that actually gets done is great. But communication is god awful, proactive actions are non existent, and they have not offered any compensation for my 5day repair turned 40days and still counting. There has been no delays in receiving parts, they do not properly order parts or diagnose the issue. Over 5 weeks I have 6 quotes to insurances because it was not properly diagnosed the 1st, 3rd or 5th time... More

Made an appointment at this dealership for an advertised synthetic oil change for 11:30 am. When I made the appointment they said it would be a 45 minute wait. When I arrived for my appointment they told me “ they really don’t take appointments and that it’s first come first served I would have to wait 4 to 5 hours for my vehicle. Just ridiculous! I went down the block to Jiffy Lube. End of story. More
I was not happy that I was told I had a service appointment for 10 am but no appointment was in your system. I was then forced to wait over 3 hours just to get my tire patched.
