Had a great experience at the Jerry Ulm dealership in Tampa. I had planned to get my 2018 Jeep Wrangler looked at for some issues I was experiencing. Ali Siklaoui was my service advisor and took such goo Tampa. I had planned to get my 2018 Jeep Wrangler looked at for some issues I was experiencing. Ali Siklaoui was my service advisor and took such good care of me that I knew I would be working with this dealership in the future. When I went out to leave the dealership I noticed a tag on my mirror that was left there by Drew Bethoney stating what my used Jeep was worth. The figure on the tag got my attention and I got out of my car and went back into the dealership where I was met by Jerry Clarke. Jerry and my wife and I discussed what we might be interested in. My wife had seen a beautiful green Jeep Rubicon when we came into the dealership and we focused on trying to make a deal on that vehicle. Jerry brought Drew into the negotiations because he was the reason we came back into dealership. Both Jerry and Drew worked their butts off to get this deal made and we ended up buying the vehicle. I got to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire team at the dealership must be commended for the professionalism and teamwork they showed my wife and I. I went into the dealership to get some service on my used Jeep and walked out with a great new Jeep. I didn’t have a problem with the process of purchasing my vehicle. However, it was sent to detailing 2x and it still wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. After waiting several hours for my vehicle to be cleaned I was vehicle. However, it was sent to detailing 2x and it still wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. After waiting several hours for my vehicle to be cleaned I was sadly disappointed. I could do a better job at home on my own. After the 2nd time I just left instead of saying anything and will clean it myself. Very disappointed in the detail service. More
Stopped in to have my right brake fixed and ended up spending $1700 on things that were NOT necessary. I felt that being an out-of-state woman just traveling through Tampa, I was highly taken advantage spending $1700 on things that were NOT necessary. On Wednesday I called and scheduled an appointment for Friday, being told that was the best day to bring the vehicle in for the work I needed. I had an Evap leak. I never had this issue before. The issue began within a week of me taking the vehicle in for preventative maintenance. But that is another story. I dropped the vehicle off 7am Friday morning. From that point on I could not get anyone on the phone for an update. - I called every day asking for a status, but nobody returned my call at any point. My customer rep was NEVER at his desk or available. - I spoke with three different people on the phone who gave me assurances they would be stepping in to help me. But I NEVER received a single return call, text, or vehicle status from anyone until the hour before I told them I would be on site to get my vehicle. - I listened to the staff on the phone pleading with other coworkers to help find a manager, but nobody responded. No amount of paging worked. The employees were ashamed and apologized. But still...... Nobody contacted me. - After (4) days, I went to the dealership and demanded the return of my vehicle. I had been out of town traveling. They gave it to me immediately. But only after claiming the mechanic was fired so they did not have a status, and the customer service rep was fired for not following up with me. Sadly, it was all too obvious that I was being lied to. - I would have been understanding if someone would have just been honest. I was traveling so the time it was taking was not an issue. The fact that I could not get a single update or response after calling every day and only being able to leave another message was shocking to me. - The service manager on duty apologized. He offered to personally oversee my repairs and agreed to discount the work. He was sincere and genuinely upset after hearing about my experience. Truly a nice guy. But the performance of this organization over a four-day period left me with little faith and zero trust. My time, efforts, and patience were wasted. This is how I was treated. I would not consider buying another Dodge vehicle as a result. More

I have been already more than 3 times to the service department for a noise on the motor and all they don't fix anything, all they say is to use higher octane on fuel, which i did and issue still contin department for a noise on the motor and all they don't fix anything, all they say is to use higher octane on fuel, which i did and issue still continues and the Jeep manual recommends 87 octane. I only get excuses and no fix. looks like they just want to pass the issue to someone else and not deal with the problem. More
