What a joke of a service center! I brought my jeep in for an oil change and a problem with the ignition. Four days later, I got my Jeep back and the oil had not been changed and the I brought my jeep in for an oil change and a problem with the ignition. Four days later, I got my Jeep back and the oil had not been changed and they told me there was nothing wrong with the ignition. The moment I left the dealership and attempted to turn the car on the ignition problem happened again. I was originally told that I would receive a phone call on the second day and that they needed my car overnight to diagnose the problem. On the third day I called to get an update. At that point in time they had looked at the car and said they would give me a call at the end of the day before 530. At 5:20 I called the dealership and they said they needed 10 more minutes and would call me back. That never happened. On the fourth day I called again in the morning to find out what the status was. Again told me they needed more time. Eventually got fed up and called at noon to say I needed to pick up the car. I gave them 2 hours notice that I needed my Jeep and they said they would get it ready. After I got my paperwork waiting for my car for nearly 40 minutes before I had to ask a new agent where my car was. Another 20 minutes for them to actually get the car because apparently it was blocked in by many other cars and no one had tried to move anything. This is my second experience and I will not be coming back. More

Purchased a new Jeep but the Jeep needed new front tires. I was giving up we owe you for new front tires and alignment. The weo slip was only good for 30 days and now I have to take another day off of work to come back because no one had ordered the tires. Very dissatisfied with the service, when I asked the manager to sign the we owe you slip to ensure that I wouldn't be charged for new tires and alignment I was met with some disdain. The salesman that sold me my car wasn't in today so I wasn't able to talk to him the service technician that helped me was polite but offered no real solution for me having to come in a second time More
