I went into Jerry Ulm already having an approval from my bank to purchase a vehicle. Once I got to the finance part of the purchase, I asked the financial advisor to please not run my credit because I had an approval from my bank. My sales rep even told her not to run it as well. Regardless, she ran my credit causing three more hard hits and lowering my score. She refuses to return my calls and has not contacted the credit company's to have them removed. Horrible custom service. Will not be returning to Jerry Ulm. More

Wonderful truck wonderful experience Yassy was great when we went in the first night. She did not pressure us at all but showed us all the inventory she had. The next day when I returned mike was great as Yasmin was out that day. He took care of everything. I drove home in my great new truck that night. We drove it to Gainesville, about 2.5 hours away on business Saturday and it runs like a dream. Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the purchase experience. So there was no pressure to buy "add-ons" in the business office as with many other dealers. More
