We came back to THIS dealership because we were successful in the past buying 3 cars at THIS dealership. We live an hour and a half away so I tried a "local" dealership. The sales team were so unorganized and not very helpful at all. So, we go into our truck and made the trip to Jerry Ulm Dodge. Upon arrival we met Ivan Rivera and within 5 minutes we knew we were at the right place. We closed our sale with the help of Jorge which was wonderful in his presentation of the deal and went directly into financing with Felix Ramirez and what a happy experience we had. Hats off to this dealership for maintaining the excellence in customer service after all this time. Truly a great experience for us. I always loved Jeep Wranglers and after a lot of research on the 2012's with the new engine and transmission, I was hooked! The interior is gorgeous, the ride incredible. The quality is great.
