This customer purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla in March 2010. All of our vehicles go through a thorough safety inspection and have the necessary maintenance completed prior to retailing the vehicle.If we find a vehicle to be unsafe or in bad mechanical condition we simply take the vehicle to auction and do not offer the vehicle for sale. In addition we offer a complimentary Car Fax report on every vehicle we sell at the request of our customers. We have done routine maintenance to this specific vehicle on three different occasions outside of the standard warranty period we offer. The most recent date we did complimentary goodwill service was August 5th, 2012, nearly 5 months after the initial purchase. Lastly, we have offered to trade this customer out of the vehicle on two different visits, most recently August 23rd, 2012 and the customer has declined.

Actually it was not a Toyota Ive never owned a Toyota... It was a 2008 jeep patriot w/ 16k miles(obviously someone else with a Toyota has been screwed over as i have) and no ones offered me anything I WOULD LOVE TO GET OUT OF THIS CAR IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE... You guys never informed me of anything I didn't find out my car had a bad carfax(wrecked with depreciated value) until i went to a new dealer to trade this car in... you know why i didn't know about the bad carfax Because I was seen as prey an innocent young lady who didn't know i need to ask for this and someone your sales men could and easily DID screw over and take advantage of (good dealerships hand them out without being asked). YOU ALL TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE OF ME.AND YOU SHOULD STILL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. AND NOW YOU CAN SEE YOU DID THIS TO MORE PEOPLE THEN ME... Yalls GUILTY CONSCIOUS should be eating you alive.. I WAS PROMISED A JEEP CERTIFIED CAR it had 18K miles it was a brand new Jeep patriot i was told pre-owned certified car... WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALER EVERYTHING THE RESPONDED BACK TO my complaint IS A LIE IT WAS Another persons story who THEY SCREWED OVER....
