Recall and Maintaince My car had a recall on it. In addition, it was time for regular maintenance along with a couple of tires that kept losing pressure. When I got there, My car had a recall on it. When I got there, Carlos looked at the odometer and asked if I wanted to get the 30K maintenance done too. He asked if I bought the extended warranty (which I did not). He then told me the extended warranty and my maintenance were the same thing. To clarify, I bought my car used as a part of a rental fleet. Jerry Ulm services my prior Jeep as well and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. I’m so grateful I have Carlos as my advisor! He is the best!!! More
