Sales staff great, finacing staff need more training. Took forever to get paperwork completed. After complete was told all paperwork was on hard drive. When I got home found out neither my extended warranty or service contract were on it. Took several calls to try to get resolved and eventually I had to drive to your dealership to get. Had to use my time and gas to finally get paperwork. Then when I tried to use my service contract for my first oil change it had never been activated. It took almost 4 months to get this resolved. Apparently after you buy a vehicle from you there is no sense of urgency to resolve problems. Right after I purchased my jeep I recommended your dealership to a friend at work ( sorry I did), he did purchase a new jeep from you but I made sure I warned him to check his paperwork and make sure you activated his warranty and service. My son is going to buy my jeep next year and I will be in the market for a new one but you can rest assured it wont be from Jerry Ulm. More
