My wife and I have been Chrysler/Dodge owners since 1993. We own two currently. We have been customers of the Jerry Ulm Service Department for almost that entire time. We are old enough and experienced enough to know good service when we see it, and we have always been very pleased with the service ay Jerry Ulm. I would also like to compliment Tracy Scruggs, Service Advisor, for her ever-professional manner. She is very knowledgeable about each vehicle and she always stays on top of our service requests. I would be remiss to not compliment the quality of the work performed by the technicians, and I have also noted the efforts made to keep our cars clean during repairs. I particularly noted the steering wheel protectors and thought they were a nice touch. We will be back for service and for future purchases. Thanks. More
When Jordi Prat contacted me by phone after I had visited the web site, I was pleased with his patience and courtesy. He seemed to really understand my needs for a family safe vehicle. He let me know they could send someone out with the vehicle for me to look at. Within a few hours Jeff Horn Pulls up in my driveway with a 2008 Chrysler town and country van. He showed me the paper work and went over some of the great features of the van. We went for a test drive and were off. He was polite friendly and encouraged me to ask questions. I was a little overwhelmed with emotion because it is such a beautiful van. He left with some paper work he needed from me. He sent someone within the hour to pick up my 1999 Ford Explorer for a trade in. Later that evening he offered to come and pick me up and take me to the dealership to finish the paper work. John Chiappone helped me through the enormous mount of paperwork. It was late evening and he was so patient with me. One of the most important asset was with all of them letting me know If I have any questions or concerns to feel free to call or come in and they would be willing to answer any questions or help in anyway. Hard to give a good rating for this dealership which is unfortunate given that I have spent over 7K in their service department on my two in the past 7 years. I have been working with several dealers throughout the state and informed all of them that I was trying to work the very best deal possible. I told all of them I have access to Black Book and Mannheim in addition to AAA and USAA carbuying services. I knew invoice price, employee price, when the vehicles were ordered, and the amount of hold back. Therefore, I would not be taken advantage of. Seems an educated consumer is their biggest fear. Although initial correspondence and follow-up was very good, the tone changed when I told them I had been working on a better deal with another dealership. I think they bristled when I said the dealer installed options were ridiculously overpriced ($900 for custom window tint, bedliner, nitrogen filled tires, door edge guards and pinstripe = approx 150% markup-- seriously?!) I had lamented on the fact that a different dealership was ridiculous in their offer for our trade, the reply from this dealership was "Obviously you have a understanding of the car business, you also realize we are not a non-profit organization". (I still have the email). I bought elsewhere and can no longer in good conscious use this dealership for service. More

Yesterday I visit this dealer for the first time - I was 100% sure of what I wanted in my next car - salesman Mike Gero really nice young men convinced me and we were decided to close a deal. I didn't had an opportunity to test drive the GC because I have done it already. While in the office of Felix Ramirez (who is one of the best manager and should be running the place) advice to test drive it before finishing the papework - I went ahead and while driving we realize that something was wrong with the ignition - of course I said I'm not getting this vehicle - immediately after I said that one of your SM Gordon Begley made a really nasty gesture "ok she can go and literally push me out of the dealer" That's not the way you do business and especially with a women - I really recommend you guys sent this guy Gordon Begley to take some C.Service or manners class before he continue damaging your dealers reputation. It will be impossible for anybody wanting to buy a car that's is showing problems already. This AM I received a call from the other SM Jorge Roldan and was a different story. Gordon Begley you might be a SM but you have no class - you have a long way to go... treat with people with respect. More
I don't know what to say other than this is by far the BEST car buying experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We went to Jerry Ulm "just to look" :) at a Jeep Wrangler for my wife. In less than 3 hours we got exactly what we were looking for at an exceptional price. Most dealerships will go back and forth at least 5 or 6 times to come up with a deal that is usually less than satisfactory for the customer. Well let me tell you - Jerry Ulm Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep was just the opposite. The sales manager, George Roldan gave us an offer, we countered, and within 20 minutes he accepted our counter-offer and we were pulling off the lot with our very first brand new car. Thanks again to the sales manager, George; our Sales consultant, Dennis Hill; and the finance/business manager, Felix Ramirez for a great car buying experience. We will definately be passing the word to all of our friends and family and when we need to "just look" at another car - it will be at Jerry Ulm!!! More
The first time we stopped to look at new cars about 7 salesman stood outside doing nothing. We walked around the car lot and not one of them offered to help us. Unfortunately, my husband went back and did in fact purchase a new Jeep Overland. That was only 2 weeks ago and since that time the salesman didn't know what an MSO was, they didn't have the knowledge to register it in our home state and then trying to get it pin striped was a complete fiasco. They told us to come on Thursday, no appointment needed. Guess what the person who comes in to do that work does NOT come on Thursday. Next come on Wednesday because he changed his day to Wednesday. Guess what - he does NOT come on Wednesday. So finally one salesman said I will make you an appointment for 9:30 next Tuesday. One more trip over and guess what - no one there. My husband has made several telephone calls and no one ever calls him back. They promise to call but they need to have customer service training that is for sure. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I can guarantee one thing - my husband will not be buying another car there!!! I also have a call into Mr. Jerry Ulm and we shall see if he calls us back. Maybe the trouble starts at the top. More

WOW!
