Just the usual Car Dealer games Poorly managed. Only one key fob and no keys handed over on delivery. Yes I know they're subject to the previous owner only turning in one key fob b Poorly managed. Only one key fob and no keys handed over on delivery. Yes I know they're subject to the previous owner only turning in one key fob but that is no excuse. They should have prepared new key fobs and keys (the doors and tailgate operate with a key). OK, Ok my bad I should have insisted on two key fobs as part of the deal but how was I supposed to know they only had one? Also the key fob they gave me is defective. The latch that holds the valet key is broken and the valet key cannot be removed from the fob. This was a certified used car folks! You'd think that the factory would insist on two keys or fobs or whatever that can open and start the truck. Very disappointed. In addition they play the same old dealer games with finance managers selling after the deal, various managers trotted out to 'approve' the deal. I can't believe that in this day and age we're still playing these stupid games. More
